The Center is at 1231 Marion Barry Avenue SE, formerly Good Hope Road. The building is temporarily closed for a major renovation, while exhibitions and programs continue at partner sites. Use the current event listing for the correct location; Anacostia Metro is about a 10-minute walk from the Center.

About Anacostia Arts Center

Anacostia Arts Center is a community arts, culture, retail, and entrepreneurship hub in Historic Anacostia. Its facility has included galleries, shops, a café, gathering areas, and a black box theater while supporting artists and small businesses east of the river.
