The center is at 4400 Massachusetts Avenue NW. Its underground garage is entered from Massachusetts Avenue and operates daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.; visitors pay through PayByPhone location 4882 or garage kiosks and must use general spaces. The free AU shuttle connects with Tenleytown/AU Metro.
Accessibility

About Katzen Art Center
Katzen Arts Center is American University’s 130,000-square-foot home for visual and performing arts. The complex combines the 30,000-square-foot AU Museum with the Abramson Family Recital Hall, studio and dance theaters, galleries, classrooms, art and performing-arts departments, the university welcome center, and event spaces.
