The Visitor Center is at 701 Pennsylvania Avenue NW beside Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter Metro. Hours vary seasonally, and private events can close the center, so check the official site before traveling. A nearby garage offers validated parking through the Ship’s Store.
Accessibility
The Navy Memorial is ADA compliant, with an elevator to the Visitor Center. The organization asks groups with many wheelchair users to contact staff in advance so additional weekday elevators can be arranged. Accessible entrance, restroom, and parking information is also listed by DowntownDC; service animals are welcome.
About Naval Heritage Center

It honors Sea Service members through interactive exhibits, the Navy Log archive, the National Chief’s Mess, Ship’s Store, and the 222-seat Burke Theatre, alongside the outdoor memorial plaza and Lone Sailor statue.
