Plan your visit

Use 540 Penn Street NE, not Songbyrd’s former Adams Morgan address. NoMa–Gallaudet U Metro is about a 15-minute walk, and free parking is often available around Union Market. Most shows are standing-room; arrive early for limited stools or tables and bring valid, unexpired government identification.

Accessibility

All customer areas are wheelchair accessible and the venue has an accessible gender-neutral restroom. Most shows are standing, with limited fixed-location ADA stools; for sold-out events, email info@songbyrddc.com in advance so staff can reserve a workable arrangement.

About Songbyrd Music House

Songbyrd Music House is an active independent 250-capacity live-music venue, bar, and restaurant in Washington’s Union Market district. The NIVA member presents emerging local and touring artists, concerts, listening parties, album releases, signings, trivia, film-and-music events, day parties, and community programs.
