About The Carlyle Room

The Carlyle Room and Brennan’s Bar at 1350 I Street NW permanently closed in July 2024, and the District formally canceled its alcohol license in November 2024. This is a historical jazz-and-supper-club listing, not a current Washington venue. The active Carlyle Club at 2050 Ballenger Avenue in Alexandria is a separate operation.
