Enter the EDCJCC from Q Street at 1529 16th Street NW. Dupont Circle Metro and several buses are nearby. Very limited adjacent-lot parking can be reserved, nearby garages are available, and eight short-term pickup and drop-off spaces line Q Street. The ticket office opens one hour before performances.

Accessibility

The building is fully wheelchair accessible, with direct ramp access from the limited adjacent lot. The Goldman Theater offers wheelchair and companion seating. Free assistive-listening devices are first come, first served, and one performance of each Theater J production offers open captions.

About Theater J at the Washington DC Jewish Community Center

Theater J is an active professional theater company performing in the Aaron & Cecile Goldman Theater inside the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center. It presents contemporary plays, readings, discussions, classes, and new work with a focus on Jewish stories and broad civic conversation.
