About Washington Improv Theater (in residence at Studio Theatre)

Washington Improv Theater is an active nonprofit long-form improv producer, school, and community organization currently in residence at Studio Theatre. It presents hundreds of performances and workshops and is building its first permanent, fully accessible 110-seat home at 1222 Third Street NE, planned to open in January 2027.
