Use 4508 Walsh Street and confirm whether the program is onsite or online. A metered county lot is directly across the street, the Capital Crescent Garage is about five minutes away, and Bethesda Metro is about a ten-minute walk. Hours vary by day and holiday.

The front entrance has an ADA-compliant ramp, and a lift reaches the lower-level classrooms and Writing Studio. Contact the center in advance for other accommodations; some services require advance notice. Verify the exact room and event format when registering.

About The Writer's Center

The Writer’s Center is an active nonprofit literary arts center in downtown Bethesda. It offers in-person and online writing workshops, readings, open mics, book talks, community events, classrooms, a writing studio, and resources for writers at every experience level.
