About Howard County Arts Center

Howard County Arts Council operates galleries, studios, classrooms, performance, meeting, and community arts programs for Howard County. The organization has relocated its public base from the former Howard County Center for the Arts at 8510 High Ridge Road to the Capitoline Center in the restored Historic Courthouse in Ellicott City.
