CTC is at 2400 Third Avenue South, with its main entrance between 24th and 25th Streets and a circle drive for drop-off. Paid surface lots and a ramp are nearby, and neighborhood street parking is limited. Arrive 20 to 30 minutes early.

Both stages offer stair-free wheelchair rows, accessible restrooms, assistive-listening devices, service-animal access, and selected ASL, audio-described, and sensory-friendly performances. Large-print programs, sensory tools, and quiet-space options are available; request accessible seating when booking.
