The interpretive building is generally open Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m.–4 p.m. and Sunday 1–4 p.m.; verify holiday and weather updates. Trails and boardwalk extend into the surrounding habitat. The stored 2520 Dale Street address is used for rentals, while the city also lists its Parks contact at Civic Center Drive.

Accessibility

The city permits drop-off at the front door for guests with disabilities when coordinated with staff, and service animals are allowed. Contact the center for the accessible parking route, building levels, trail and boardwalk conditions, restroom access, and program accommodations.

About Harriet Alexander Nature Center

Harriet Alexander Nature Center is a free public environmental-education center within Roseville’s Central Park. Its interpretive building, classrooms, 52 acres of marsh and forest, boardwalk, trails, outdoor amphitheater, wildlife habitat, camps, classes, field trips, public programs, and rentals serve visitors of all ages.
