Accessibility
The museum is fully wheelchair accessible and loans one wheelchair first come, first served with identification. It offers sensory kits, a visual story, large-print guides, accessible workshops, service-animal access, and captioning or audio-description devices for designated screenings. One care partner receives free admission with a disabled visitor.
About Museum of the Moving Image
Museum of the Moving Image is an active Astoria museum devoted to the art, history, technique, and technology of film, television, and digital media. Galleries, interactive exhibits, screenings, talks, education programs, and special events examine how moving images are made, experienced, and understood.
