The entrance and box office are at 302 West 45th Street between Eighth and Ninth avenues. The nearest subway stop is 42nd Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal, served by the A, C, and E lines. Doors generally open about 40 minutes before the performance to allow time for security screening.

Accessibility

All wheelchair, aisle-transfer, companion, and vision/hearing-accessible seating is on the Orchestra level, which has a step-free route from the sidewalk. The Mezzanine requires stairs, and the theatre has no elevator or escalator. An accessible single-stall, all-gender restroom is on the Orchestra level, and multiple captioning and assistive-listening devices are available free of charge.
