City Center is at 131 West 55th Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues. Several subway lines and nearby garages serve the area. Theater doors usually open 30 minutes before curtain, with no early entry or pre-opening seating, so time arrival accordingly and confirm which stage hosts the event.

Mainstage, Stage I, Stage II, and Studio 5 are wheelchair accessible, with accessible seats sold online, by phone, and at the box office. Free assistive-listening devices are available with identification, selected performances offer ASL, and staff can help seat guests. Arrange seat or lactation-room needs in advance.
