Use 480 West 42nd Street and confirm the theater named on the ticket. The A, C, and E stop at 42nd Street is two avenue blocks away; Times Square lines and the M42 and M11 buses are also nearby. The café and bar generally open one hour before performances, and paid garages surround the center.

The center is fully wheelchair accessible with same-level accessible restrooms and accessible seating in each theater. About Signature Theatre Company
Signature Theatre is an active nonprofit company devoted to playwrights and based at the Pershing Square Signature Center. The Frank Gehry-designed, approximately 72,000-square-foot complex contains three theaters, two rehearsal studios, a large public lobby, café and bar, and bookstore on West 42nd Street.
