The complex is at 1305 West 78th Street in Cleveland. A large private lot by the main entrance provides free parking for roughly 500 vehicles. Individual studios and events may have their own entry and arrival instructions.
Accessibility
An ADA lift is located at the west end of the parking lot for wheelchair users and visitors who cannot use the entrance stairs. Guests attending a particular tenant or event should confirm the route in advance.
About 78th St. Studios
78th Street Studios is a former 1905 industrial building transformed into Northeast Ohio’s largest art and design complex. It contains galleries, studios, creative businesses, and five event venues.

Private events
Security is required for events serving alcohol, events with 100 or more guests, and public events.
Alcohol service
Client-provided alcohol must be served by a professional bartending service.
Event hours
The two largest spaces may be rented until midnight; other spaces typically close at 11 p.m.
