Use 11001 Euclid Avenue. The adjacent Case Western Reserve University Campus Center Garage is the most convenient parking and has elevator access; prepaid parking is recommended. Public doors open about two hours before most performances and Mandel Concert Hall about 30 minutes before.

Wheelchair-accessible elevators serve all lobby levels, restrooms, seating, garage, and street levels. Services include ADA seating, wheelchair transport, infrared listening devices, large-print programs, accessible garage spaces, an assistance request process, service animals, and occasional sensory-friendly programming.
About Severance Music Center
Severance Music Center is the active year-round home of The Cleveland Orchestra in University Circle. The landmark complex contains the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Concert Hall, Reinberger Chamber Hall, public foyers, dining and concessions, and hosts orchestral, chamber, family, education, and special programs.
