The arena is at 701 Hamilton Street. Prepaid event parking is available in downtown garages, and the Allentown Transit Center is less than a five-minute walk away. Many garages require vehicles to pull forward rather than back into a space. Check the event page for doors, mobile tickets, and show-specific restrictions.

Accessibility

Accessible seating is sold online, by phone, and at the box office. The arena welcomes qualifying service animals and offers sensory bags and guest assistance. About PPL Center

PPL Center is an active multipurpose arena in downtown Allentown and the home of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. It hosts hockey, major concerts, family entertainment, comedy, community programs, graduations, and other large events with a full concourse, suites, clubs, and guest services.
