The museum is at 3260 South Street and is normally open Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Monday and major-holiday closures. Advance tickets are strongly encouraged. Adjacent Garage 7 has limited card-only parking, especially on weekdays; the Penn Medicine regional-rail station and several SEPTA routes are nearby.

Accessibility

The Main and East entrances have ramps and power-assisted doors, and wheelchairs are available first come with identification. Elevators serve the building, though one third-floor gallery transition uses a staff-assisted lift. Accessible parking, restrooms, service-animal access, personal-care-attendant admission, and additional sensory and visual resources are available.
