The primary address is 1101 Arch Street, but the very large complex has several entrances. Use the specific event's registration, hall, entrance, and hours rather than relying only on the street address. Jefferson Station and multiple SEPTA routes serve the area, and numerous independently operated garages and lots are within a few blocks.
Accessibility
The center became the first Sage Accessibility Certified convention center in 2025, covering mobility, visual, hearing, cognitive, and allergy-related access across entrances, circulation, seating, restrooms, concessions, meeting rooms, ballrooms, theater, and public areas. A sensory room opened in 2026; contact the event organizer for event-specific services.
