Plan your visit
Do not travel to 601 South Broad Street expecting the former UArts Arts Bank, its box office, or its old performances. The building's ownership and reuse are in transition. Attend only if a current tenant or event organizer publishes a confirmed public program, entry address, schedule, and authorized ticket link.
Accessibility
The former venue's access information should not be treated as current during ownership and tenant changes. For any new program, contact the announced organizer to confirm step-free entry, elevator operation, wheelchair seating, restrooms, listening or interpretation services, and construction impacts.
About Philadelphia Arts Bank
The Philadelphia Arts Bank is a historic former bank building that University of the Arts operated as a multidisciplinary performance and educational venue. UArts abruptly closed in 2024, the property was sold in bankruptcy, and by 2026 the new owner was marketing the building for tenants. It is not currently verified as an operating public theater.
