The main building is at 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway. It is currently open Monday and Thursday through Sunday, with extended Friday hours and Tuesday–Wednesday closures; verify holidays and timed programs. The garage entrance is at 1 Anne d'Harnoncourt Drive, with limited West Terrace parking. General admission offers two-day access under current terms.

Accessibility

All main-building floors are served by elevator, with accessible restrooms, water fountains, seating, and parking. Personal attendants for visitors with disabilities receive free admission, trained service animals are welcome, and free audio tours for blind or partially sighted visitors are available. Request large-print materials and specialized programs ahead.
