The theater is at 237 7th Street in downtown Pittsburgh. Theater Square Garage is a nearby recommended option, and curbside drop-off and pickup are allowed at the venue. The performance-day box office opens two hours before curtain and remains open for 30 minutes after the show begins.

Wheelchair seating and accessible restrooms are available on the Orchestra level, and an elevator reaches every level. Services include curbside wheelchair assistance, assistive listening, captioning by advance request, large-print programs, sensory resources, an adult changing table, and a lactation room.
