City Theatre is at 1300 Bingham Street. A paid event lot is across from the entrance at 1317 Bingham, subject to availability, with neighborhood parking nearby. The bar opens about one hour before performances, and guests should arrive before curtain because late seating is not available.

The campus provides an accessible entrance, wheelchair seating, accessible restrooms, curbside assistance, and assistive-listening devices for every performance. Main-season productions include audio-described performances, while ASL interpretation and captions are offered on selected dates or by advance request. Braille and large-print materials are available.
