The venue is at 1627 Smallman Street in the Terminal. Paid parking is available behind the building and in the garage across the street, with free legal street parking after 6 p.m. where posted. Check the show page for doors and arrive early for dining.

Accessible seats are offered throughout City Winery sections, with accommodation available for general-admission events. Service animals are welcome and interpreters can be arranged with at least two weeks of notice. Pittsburgh balcony seats do not have elevator access, so select a main-level seat if stairs are a barrier.
