PPG Paints Arena is at 1001 Fifth Avenue. Doors generally open one hour before an event, but the event page controls. Tickets are mobile-only with rotating barcodes, screenshots and paper printouts do not work, and the venue is cashless. Arena lots are cashless; advance parking is strongly recommended because event availability and rates vary.

Accessibility

Accessible seating is offered on every seating level, with locations depending on the event. Accessible parking is available in designated lots and sometimes the attached garage for vehicles displaying a valid placard or plate; an accessible drop-off is on Fifth Avenue near the EQT Gate. Elevators serve all main entrances and levels.

About Pittsburgh Paints Arena

The current venue is PPG Paints Arena, an active multipurpose indoor arena in downtown Pittsburgh and home of the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins. It hosts hockey, major touring concerts, family entertainment, comedy, sports, and special events. The stored “Pittsburgh Paints Arena” name is not the arena’s official current name.
