The Yeadon facility is a working industrial shop. Do not visit 546 Penn Street expecting a public box office or scheduled show. Access should be limited to confirmed clients, employees, trainees, deliveries, volunteers, or invited program participants following staff instructions and the details of their appointment.
Accessibility
The organization does not publish a visitor accessibility guide for the working shop. Before a scheduled visit, contact staff to confirm step-free entry, accessible parking and restrooms, safe routes around production activity, seating, communication needs, and whether the planned workshop or task can be adapted.
About Philadelphia Scenic Works
Philadelphia Scenic Works is an active nonprofit theatrical scene shop, paint space, props shop, storage facility, and workforce-development organization. It fabricates scenery and props for nonprofit theaters, schools, cultural organizations, and educational partners while sharing reusable resources and training technical artists. It is not a walk-in performance venue.
