Fort Ward Park is at 4301 West Braddock Road and is open sunrise to sunset; museum hours are more limited. Amphitheater programming is occasional, so check the city calendar or organizer before traveling. Parking is available within the park.
Accessibility
The city completed updated ADA parking spaces at the amphitheater area in late 2025. Because the audience setting is outdoors, contact Alexandria Recreation or the event organizer to confirm the accessible route, seating surface, restrooms, and any temporary event accommodations.
