The arena is at 295 Massie Road. Parking, doors, ticket seller, and entry rules vary by event; pre-purchase parking where offered and arrive early because accessible areas are first come, first served. The venue is cashless and its box office opens only on show and game days.

Accessibility

Wheelchair and companion seating, ramped entrances, accessible parking, and ASL interpretation with at least seven days’ notice are available. KultureCity sensory bags with headphones, fidgets, cue cards, and weighted lap pads are available from Guest Services.
